*January -1 mow and edge
-Property blow down (all hard surfaces)-Lime ( balances soil pH- and reduces soil acidity)
*February -1 mow and edge
-Property blow down (all hard surfaces)
-Aerate and broadcast seed (aeration oxygenates the root structure of the lawn, promotes drainage, and encourages maximum nutrient absorption)
-Apply Starter Fertilizer (promotes new seed and lawn growth)
* Season specific Fertilizer is applied to your lawn every two months- year round.
Moss Control is applied on an as needed basis.
